All InnerView Concept 360 assessment applications incorporate product management training. Different then most performance assessment software, we train internal administrators to manage the application.

360° assessments can require significant data management. Our product management training enables your administrator(s) to easily input basic descriptive data of your people, organizational structure and performance assessment and review specifications. The 360 assessment software (iView, TeamView, and OverView) does the rest.

Your internal application administrator will be trained to use the 360 assessment software to create evaluative periods, track progress and provide reports that are meaningful to your organization. Performance assessment and reviews are then within your control to manage as you see fit. Training allows your administrator to get the most benefit from the 360 assessment software.

You use the 360 assessment software to conduct performance assessments and reviews and Innerview Concepts provides support to your administrator.
